Located south of the Toubkal massif, Jbel Siroua is an ancient volcanic massif whose highest point is 3300m.

The Jbel Siroua is one of the youngest geological regions of Morocco, where traces of relatively recent volcanic activity can still be seen. This massif, halfway between the Atlas and the Anti-Atlas, at the entrance to the Souss Valley, is known as the saffron region. Its slopes are completely covered with land where we cultivate this sought after spice extracted from the crocus flower.
